Login on a penguin with either of the whistles and either the bell or the paddle ball.

  3. Put on either the paddle ball or the bell.

  • Log Into Club Penguin.
  • Click a Server that is full.
  • Once you click that leave the message that pops up Open.
  • Click the tab button until you see a Yellow box around the okay button.

16. How to talk in a Non Chat Sever:

  1. Log into Club Penguin.
  2. Choose a Non-Chat Server to log Into.
  3. Then right when your logging into the server click the loading icon in the middle of the screen.
  4. Keep clicking it many times until the room loads.
  5. Now you should be logged in in a Non Chat Server and be able to talk.

In order to do it right click in the loading icon like this.
